An EGGcellent Week at the YC!
We have had SO much fun since our return to in-person activities on March 22nd! It's almost like Mother Nature knows our theme for our return has been 'Spring', because we have seen some seriously beautiful days! Taking full advantage of the sun, we've brought some of our activities outside like sidewalk chalk art and endless games of Ladderball.
One of the highlights this week was an all-out Easter Egg hunt, complete with a golden egg winner! In honor of our excellent egg hunt, we thought it would be fun to share one of our favorite egg recipes!
INGREDIENTS 8 eggs Salt and Pepper 1 tube crescent rolls 4 slices cooked bacon, halved 2 cups shredded Cheddar
Preheat oven to 375º. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat eggs and scramble.
Roll out Crescent Rolls. Top with cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
Roll up and transfer to a lined baking sheet.
Bake until golden, around 12 to 14 minutes.
We are so glad to be able to offer a safe place for kids to socialize, recreate, and use their brains. Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay up to date on all of the fun we are having this spring!
